Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Min Skas™ order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. This is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country.

How to start a return

Email us at support@minskas.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the next steps and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll confirm your refund by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at support@minskas.store within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has shipped. Contact us at support@minskas.store as soon as possible.
